To report Spam or violation of our Acceptable Policy, send an email to abuse@above.net. See the Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-Spam policy for further clarification.

How do I contact someone with a problem to report?
If you have a problem with your service, please contact your Customer Service representative. If you do not know your representative, or have an additional problem or question, you can send an email to service@above.net or call the Network Management Center (NMC): 888.636.2778 (toll-free)

How do I access my customer portal?
Please access the AboveNet mySite portal page at:
https://portal.above.net
You should see no difference in your portal configuration. We have modified the site to reflect our new image, but they retain their previous functionality.

Does AboveNet grant interviews for publications?
