WagerWorks Increases Its Services With AboveNet Communications UK Ltd.

LONDON, September 2, 2004 – AboveNet Communications UK Ltd., a subsidiary of AboveNet Inc., a leading provider of integrated access services to leading edge enterprises, announced today that it has signed its second contract with WagerWorks, one of the world’s leading developers of legally compliant Internet and remote gaming solutions. WagerWorks, who recently relocated their London- based servers to AboveNet’s datacentre in the Docklands, has just signed a new contract for AboveNet to move and house a secondary infrastructure within the datacentre along with the provision of IP bandwidth.

Under this new agreement, AboveNet will provide its SiteMove service along with Co-location and IP bandwidth connectivity to the AboveNet single global IP network (AS6461). By choosing to house their infrastructure within dedicated hosting facilities, WagerWorks will increase the security, resilience and speed of their gaming platforms, providing their customers with an increasingly efficient platform from which to connect.
